Let's start your orthodontics journey to straighter teeth. We offer convenient times, including Saturdays for monthly ortho appointments. And don't let costs stop you, we offer different types of affordable financing options to fit your needs.
While many offices use a general dentist to do orthodontic treatment, in our office all patients are seen by a contracted board-certified orthodontist (a specialist) who has had many more years of specialized education and training specifically in orthodontics.
Our services, including cosmetic, oral dentistry and general dentistry, are available to consult at no charge, and coordinate any needed treatment with your contracted orthodontist on an expedited basis. You can have the benefit and convenience of all your treatment being provided under one roof
We have an in-house payment plans to help patients afford treatment. Payment plans are customized to each patient's budget & dental needs. We offer 0% interest rate and monthly payment plans starting at $89 a month. Call today to find out more about our payment options.
CareCredit® and Sunbit are two dental financing options that we offer that can be used for dental treatment like braces or aligners. Let's discuss your dental treatment program to get an accurate estimate. It's easy to apply and we can help you find the best option.
You may have orthodontic benefits that apply towards a treatment like traditional braces or aligners. We are happy to check your insurance benefits and also process all of your insurance paperwork for you. Just give us a call to discuss your dental insurance option.
Metal braces are the traditional, highly effective way of straightening teeth. Some wrap around the teeth, while others are glued to the surface.
These use a spring clip to hold in the wires, rather than ties and chains.
Ceramic brackets are made of a crystalline, composite, or glass material. These have been made more durable with new technology. Certain braces are more delicate than others, and will have dietary restrictions.
Wearing aligners won't interrupt their appearance for class pictures and selfies. Aligners can also be safely worn during sports and gym class without the worry of injury to tongue or cheeks, as with metal braces.
Although aligners are convenient, they are also easy to misplace. Custom aligners will feel smooth against the cheeks and tongue. With Aligners, there are no dietary restrictions. Patients are able to continue eating all of their favorite crunchy and hard foods, including nuts, apples, and pretzels.
Some adults who had braces as teens may want to return to wearing braces for a "touch-up" in adulthood. This is especially common when patients failed to wear their retainer as recommended after their initial orthodontic treatments during their teen years. Without proper retainer use, the teeth may shift back out of alignment to the extent that they need to be re-corrected with braces.
Common issues addressed by braces:
Braces can be used to correct mildly crooked smiles, but they are also the go-to orthodontic treatment for more serious tooth alignment problems.
To treat crowding, we may remove one or more teeth from the mouth before straightening the remaining teeth with braces. Correcting crowding is an important step towards ongoing dental health since it makes the teeth easier to keep clean. A full evaluation will determine your best course of treatment.
The first step is to call us to set up a consultation. Let's take a look at your teeth and talk about your dental goals and we can provide you with a roadmap and cost estimate. We can also discuss your payment options. We will help you sort it all out so you can make a well informed decision.
A discreet, removable way to fix your smile that's custom designed and virtually invisible
Your initial appointment will consist of a dental exam, a discussion of your goals, and, if you are a good fit for Clarity Aligners, the diagnostic images necessary to plan your treatment. After your consultation, our contracted orthodontist will begin planning treatment using the 3M software algorithm.
You’ll receive a preview of your new smile, and if it matches your expectations, our contracted orthodontist will order your aligners. Once they arrive, you’ll have a second appointment to try on the first set and learn how to use them. You will have a "wear" schedule that outlines how long you should wear each aligner. It’s typically one or two weeks per aligner. You’ll need to keep your aligners in for 22 hours a day. Treatment will last anywhere from 6 to 24 months, based on your personalized plan. In most cases, you’ll see the contracted orthodontist every few weeks so they can evaluate your progress.
Aligners as unique as your smile.
Invisalign clear aligners are virtually invisible — people may not even notice you’re wearing them. You can remove them to eat and drink, to brush and floss, or for special occasions. There are no metal brackets or wires that could irritate your mouth or break.
Unlike other brands, Invisalign clear aligners are made from patented SmartTrack material, which is more comfortable and provides a better fit. Invisalign aligners are also trimmed based on your gum line for comfort and appearance. Your doctor will tell you how often you should change to new aligners (this can vary based on your individual treatment plan). Many doctors recommend changing Invisalign clear aligners weekly or every other week. Your doctor will schedule regular appointments, usually about once every four to six weeks. The goal of these visits is to ensure your Invisalign treatment is progressing as planned.
The cost of braces varies from patient to patient. It depends on your treatment program. When you come in for a consultation, we can provide a better estimate for the cost of your dental program. Braces and aligner cost can vary from $1,500 to $5,000 and up depending on the orthodontic treatment diagnosed. Pricing can also very depending on the orthodontic appliances being used and the type of treatment being done. There is also a big difference in pricing between traditional braces and aligners, especially when choosing name brand like Invisalign. A free consultation if the best way to get started and get a more accurate cost estimate and to learn about our different payment options. Currently, we are offering braces starting as low as $89 a month!
Don't let cost stop you from getting the dental care you need. We offer several payment options to work with your budget and finances. We suggest to first come in for a free consultation to get a more accurate estimate on the cost of treatment designed for you.
In most cases, the cost of Invisalign treatment is similar to the cost of braces. Our contracted doctor will determine the cost of your treatment based on how complex your case is and how many aligners you need. There are several options to make Invisalign treatment more affordable for you, from using insurance and tax-free dollars to a monthly payment plan.
We offer flexible and affordable monthly payment plans, which allow you to make small payments through the course of your Invisalign treatment rather than all at once. We also offer financing through CareCredit at Gentle Care Dental in Los Angeles. Additionally, you can use your FSA or HSA to pay for Invisalign treatment using tax-free dollars. Call us if you would like to find out more about the different payment options available.
