We welcome children as young as 6 months or when the first tooth erupts. One very important point about our office is that unlike many other offices, we do NOT use papoose boards to treat our child patients as they can possibly cause a negative or traumatic experience for a child. Instead, we take the time to gently explain everything to the child in a way that they can understand and we give them a chance to see and touch everything that they will be coming in contact with. A kind and gentle approach to our child patients allows us to not only successfully treat their dental needs but to create a positive experience with “going to the dentist” that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
