Job Description: 

General billing, Accounts Receivable, Front office and Manager support


• Maintain knowledge of the different plans and primary features the company offers 

• Own reconciliation of outstanding user accounts 

• Knowledge of all affiliate promotions and special discounts available, including limitations 

• Ensure all account changes are processed in a timely manner 

• Maintain knowledge of all billing related technical errors 

• Manage all inbound billing inquiries, via email, phone, and internal systems 

• Fulfill user requests for billing statements 

• Projects as assigned by the billing department or manager


 • Outstanding interpersonal skills 

• Expert written and verbal communication skills 

• Exceptionally polite, friendly, and outgoing telephone demeanor 

• Ability to think critically and multitask 

• Keen eye for detail 

• Experience with prioritizing in a fast-paced work environment 

• Bilingual in English-Spanish
